Dr Steephan is a highly qualified and experienced Doctor and Yoga Teacher with a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). We are proud of our team of senior massage therapists with extensive experience in Panchakarma Massage Therapy & caring for people. All treatments are carried out on the basis of the type of therapy instructed by the Ayurveda physician, based on the principles of Panchakarma or five pronged healing therapies.

The Ayurveda treatments and massages will be available throughout the retreat, as well as a one to one consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor. We provide accommodation for two/three nights. Accommodation will be at Waterside Bed & Breakfast in Hillingdon, Middlesex. The hotel is approximately 5 miles from our Ayurvedic centre at Ruislip or at Tekels Park Holistic Centre in Camberley. The stay is offered in a comfortable single room at Tekels Park Holistic Centre set in the idyllic surroundings of 50 acres of secluded parkland; an oasis of calm to aid of your healing.

FOOD:

During the stay we offer a home-cooked vegetarian diet. The menu is made up of a mixture of South Indian food Kerala Style and European food. During your stay you will be provided with nutritional and dietary guidance for a healthier life.
