Deepak Chopra for eight years and has trained over 2000 Western doctors in Ayurvedic medicine. Currently he directs the LifeSpa Retreat Center and Clinic where he practices Ayurvedic and Chiropractic medicine in Boulder, Colorado. “Dr. John Douillard has taken details from various Ayurvedic traditions in which he has trained and synthesized then into techniques that are well fitted to today’s world-ever retaining Ayurveda’s focus on healing mind and spirit as well as body. We can have delicious Panchakarma-appropriate meals delivered to LifeSpa and/or the LookOut Inn, which include kichadi, fresh steamed vegetables, naan, pappadam and chutneys.  If you would like to cook your own meals, you can arrange access to the LookOut Inn’s commercial kitchen when you book.
