30-125 mg of the drug in powder form.
*Dose should not exceed the higher limit.
Antidote:
Dipotassium editate as an antidote in poisoning from oleander and its chief glycoside, oleandrin.ANTIDOTE for poison of karavira is HARITAKI.

Purification:
SODHANA:-
Karavira bija are purified, if they are steamed with cow’s milk for 3 hours by means of Dolayantra.
