-Atropa belladonna has unpredictable effects. The antidote for belladonna poisoning is physostigmine or pilocarpine, the same as for atropine.The regular use of Colchicines can cause severe
irritation to intestines. To counteract this, it is
advisable to use the drug with Suchi (Atropa Belladonna
Linn.) and Khurasani Ajvain (Hyoscyamus niger Linn.)
