Our Ayurveda Expert Peter Heather Berg has worked with Ayurveda since 1985. He makes the diagnosis was based in your heart rate to determine your body type and can provide health advice directly tailored to the needs of your constitution. It helps you develop and maintain good health.

Peter has had more than 3,000 clients, with a wide variety of health problems. Usually such as gastrointestinal problems, pain, obesity, eating disorders, and not least stressrelaternade problems such as sleep disturbance, anxiety and fatigue. He leads courses and seminars on Ayurveda and comprehensive medical therapy and lectures regularly at the Karolinska Institute and Uppsala University. Peter also hired as a consultant on issues relating to health and personal development at work, both for groups and for personal coaching.

Peter is in addition to their Ayurvedic training courses, covering various forms of treatment, and pulse diagnosis, a four-year training Psychosynthesis.
