The Amruta Ayurveda Clinic offers Health Coaching (Ayurvedic Consultations), Body Treatments, Panchakarma (Detoxing/Cleansing), Workshops, and Yoga. We offer Panchakarma packages for 3, 6 or 12 days. If accommodation is needed we can recommend places.

Edie O’Reilly is the owner of this clinic. She is the Clinical ayurvedic specialist, therapist, and life coach & yoga instructor.

Speciality:

The clinic offers Ayurvedic cooking classes that will teach you about: 6 tastes and their qualities, the clinic also gives a chance to learn how to do your own detox or panchakarma (pk) at home. For two days we will go over the techniques used in Ayurveda to give yourself an at home PK.

You can learn about some of these great secrets of Ayurveda and how they relate to you by joining us for this two hour workshop. It covers: What are Ayurveda (in more detail), 5 basic elements, 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Discover your own personal constitution and Discover ways to bring health to your life now.

The treatments offered by this clinic are; Basti karma, Virchana karma, Vamana karma, Nasya karma, Netra tarpana, Shirodharra, Localized bastis, Abhyanga (Ayurveda massage), Swedhana (Ayurveda steam therapy) and Basti therapy (enema therapy).
