World Food Safety Day (July 7th)- There are a lot of factors that make food safe for consuming. From the raw materials used, the cleaning process involved, how the cooked and raw foods are separated, thorough cooking and temperature of cooking and combination of food (virudha ahara).
The basic factor is raw materials itself, we are in a situation where we have to choose corporates over farmers. To start from raw materials, it must be produced without chemicals, without any preservatives, less storage period involved, harvested after proper growth etc.. Hard to find but I did find @farmchimp in Dubai which goes much closer to what is best. Good concept team farmchimp; good days to come..
