Procedure for re-imbursement- 1. Ensure that the insurance card covers alternative treatment (TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE) by contacting the toll free number on the back side of your Insurance card.
- 2. If covered; The Consulting doctor will provide the Claim Form with the duly filled medical reports.
- 3. You will have to fill out your personal details on this form.
- 4. Submit the form to HR team / support online with all vouchers provided by the clinic.
- 5. The amount will be credited to your bank account, usually within 3 weeks.
