पथ्य :
पथ्य ( pathya )Meaning: Which is conducive to Patha (Way/micro and macro channels/Srotas) including the Dosha, Dathu and Mala. That which is conducive to the body and mind. Food or conduct which are conducive or wholesome to both body and mind. eg. rice, ghee, milk etc. Contrast is Apathya.
