अभ्यवहरण शक्ति ( abhyavaharaṇa shakti )Meaning: Power of ingestion - Capacity of food intake.Quantity of the food which does not disturb the physiological function of an individual. This can not be generalised. It always differs from person to person and time to time, it directly depends on the digestive fire ,taste of the prepared food and present psychological status.
