How to make easy herbal Ayurveda shampoo

Steps to make Herbal Shampoo at home:

Selecting herbs : This is the main stage in prepare an effective herbal shampoo. You need to chose the right herb based on your hair  and body nature. The herbs should having cooling& soothing properties along with antiseptic nature. Herbs which are slimy or thick are also good for this purpose. Keeping in mind these qualities we have chosen few herbs which keeps your hair and scalp healthy
Hibiscus Leaves (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)

  1. Neem Leaves (Azadirachta indica) - chosen because of anti bacterial and anti fungal action
  2. Tulsi Leaves (Ocimum sanctum) - chosen because of anti bacterial and anti fungal action
  3. Bhumyamalaki Leaves (Phyllanthus niruri)
  4. Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella foenum)
  5. Cinnamon and Cloves - Chosen for fragrance
  6. Cleaning the herbs : These herbs are then washed nicely and impurities are removed.
  7. Drying herbs in Shade : These cleaned herbs are dried nicely in the sun for a couple of days until the moisture has been removed.
  8. Powdering the herbs : The dried herbs are then powdered nicely and stored in a airtight container

Mode of usage:
The shampoo is in the powder form finally after all these process. You can adequate quantity of this powder and make a paste with water. This paste is applied on the hair and then washed thoroughly. This formulation does not affect your hair follicles or scalp and helps to retain the natural oiliness of the scalp and keeps it healthy.
